Order Cancellation

Please note: Order cancellation is only possible until it is transferred to the delivery service.

1. Cancellation Deadlines

We understand that plans can change. You can request to cancel your order without penalty if it is in the “Processing” status and has not yet shipped from our warehouse.

Timing is key: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Therefore, we recommend notifying us of any cancellations as soon as possible.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please follow these steps immediately:

Subject Line

Include “Order Cancellation” and your Order Number in the subject line.

Our customer support team will check the shipment status. If the package has not yet been delivered to the courier, we will immediately cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

As per our policy for Ayurvedic medicines:

Order cancellation is not possible once it has been shipped.

If you have received a shipping notification or tracking number, this means your order has already been transferred to our logistics partner. In this case, we are unable to stop delivery.

4. Refunds

If the cancellation was successful (before the item was shipped):

We will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
