Due to the specific nature of our products (medicines and health products), we do not accept returns or exchanges for quality products. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you received was damaged during transportation.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

You have the right to request a refund or replacement of the product only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was received by you in a damaged condition (for example, a broken bottle, damaged packaging).
  • You reported the problem to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product has not been used.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or damage.
